It's time to welcome a new member to the Jimmy Scott's High & Tight Network, Mike Silva's NY Baseball Digest.  Mike is totally tuned in to (as opposted to "into" - I think) the New York baseball scene.  He gets some great information and also some great guests for a radio show he does every week.
