I'm getting us all prepared for next Monday Mornings Jimmy Scott's High & Tight Interview with Jalal Leach.  Now, with no disrespect to Jalal, he's not your everyday name.  He's his own everyday name, and his wife's and kids' and friends, yet.  But to the masses, he's one of those, Who?  Here's who.  He's, first off, a good guy.  He runs a baseball academy in California, The Baseball Mentoring Academy.  But...

But here's why you'll find the Jalal Leach interview worth your precious half hour, time you could be watching TV or scratching the hot spot on your hind leg.  Jalal played in the minor leagues for 14 years.  Most guys either quit long before or are cut.  But he kept up because he loved the game and because, during his 12th year, he got to play 8 games for the San Francisco Giants.  He got his "cup of coffee," his "taste of the action," his "time in the show."  One bit of exposure made him wanting more and more.  And he tells us all about it.
